Close-up view of the
lemon quartz beads in the previous pair of earrings. The faceting
and shape of these beads is remarkable, but almost impossible to
capture in a picture. These are the first beads I've ever seen with
this cut, although when I was carving waxes for local Salt Lake
jewlers, I would see gemstones out of Germany with this cut. Very,
very beautiful and unique!

1920-1930's vintage
German glass beads accented simply with 2mm onyx beads and marquis
shaped sterling silver links. Slightly different shape and size than
the other black & red German beads I have. Pictures don't show how
beautiful the beads really are. They're very translucent and have a
"cracked" appearance inside. Quite rare. 1 1/4" below sterling

Faceted teardrop
Sleeping Beauty turquoise swing, wire wrapped with sterling silver,
beneath tiny freshwater pearls and hand cut Nocozari turquoise. Hang
about 1 3/8" below sterling earwires. So pretty!
